I would consider this venue a small health club not a spa. Very basic facilities. 5 loungers which were full so if you are going with friends you may not have anywhere to sit.
The deep tissue massage treatment was absolutely fantastic. I would go back just for this.

The staff at One Spa are extremely polite and welcoming. This was my 1st time attending the spa and it was also my birthday. A lady called Christina was like my tour guide & showed me the gym and spa facilities and made me feel extremely comfortable & welcome. Marilyn did my deep tissue massage & she was amazing! My muscles in my neck & back were extremely stiff and knotted, Marilyn was very professional & skilled and did a perfect massage. She also asked me if the pressure was okay
