I am extremely disappointed with the facilities. I paid £194 for a twilight spa with two massages. As soon as we walked in we were met with the lovely receptionist but in the middle of a gym on fake grass (far from luxury). We got into the spa and had to sit on a plastic bench at the top of the pool as there were no beds available (there were only 4 beds) so we go into the thermal rooms, which were very small and overcrowded so we found it to be uncomfortable. The massages were different.

Relaxing Massage
The males changing room was being worked on so my partner couldn’t feel comfortable, there was no information on the site about maintenance. The was no privacy between the gym and the spa area. Only 4 chairs available to rest on. Massage superb.
