Had a wonderful experience at One Spa London. The facilities were excellent — the sauna, steam room, and infrared area were all clean, relaxing, and really well maintained. The lap pool was a great bonus, perfect for a quiet swim, and there was plenty of secure space to lock away your things, which made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free.
