They lie to me about the price and my treatment was short hand the towels are bad colour old the tell us in email we get glass of champagne then the offer us bush tea service was not great we were interrup in the steam room not what we expected for our money overall 2 out of 10 that it .

Jacuzzi was out of service, very limited amount of beds available which were soaked and not clean.
Generaly not very clen or maintained especially toilet and changing rooms

Has a really good couples massage session, room was clean and well appointed, massage therapists were professional and efficient, reception were welcoming

My daughter had the best experience ever. It was her first facial as she s only 6. The therapist was very friendly, caring and she went the extra mile to ensure we had a nice time- we were late and the team managed to accommodate us.

The offering is overpriced. Not awful but I'd recommend people avoid if you're looking for a relaxing time. Spa facilities are small and in constant use by regular gym goers.
