Thank you One Spa London! I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just completed 10 weekly sessions of deep tissue body massage and express face treatments with Gary, and the results have been amazing! No more shoulders pain, more stretchy legs, I’ve lost 3 kilos, my face is firmer and less puffy, and I feel an incredible boost of energy after each session. Not bad for a middle-aged office worker! One Spa London is a slice of paradise in Bermondsey! It’s such a treat to enjoy a relaxing swim, followed by the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, and then top it all off with a professional body or facial massage. Bliss!
