I was given a voucher for my birthday by friends so chose a Swedish Massage and spent some time in the pool and jacuzzi afterwards.
I was lucky to get Marilyn who made me feel at ease and the massage was lovely and relaxing as well as managing to get all my stubborn knots out of my shoulders. I left feeling very zen!

The setting felt fairly makeshift, and I was uncomfortable with aspects of the massage technique, including having my underwear adjusted and snapped back against my skin, facial stroking, and the therapist putting his arms fully underneath my body. None of this was explained or discussed beforehand. The massage oil appeared to be rapeseed oil, surprising at this price point. Would not return.

Great customer service before I arrived, with a reminder text of things I need to bring. My therapist was amazing her r name is Slyvia. She provided a relaxing massage and facial. I used the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which are a decent size.

The massage was good, but the service afterward was disappointing. I had my phone on airplane mode during the treatment, so I had no internet connection to pay immediately. I politely explained the situation, but I felt like I was being treated as if I was trying to avoid paying. It was very uncomfortable, especially when staff called colleagues over and spoke in their own language in front of me. I always intended to pay and expected to be treated with more respect and understanding.
