I had a Hollywood waxing my therapist was Beata. She was absolutely amazing so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. She did a great job and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. There was honestly nothing to be afraid of. My waxing experience with her went very smoothly like my skin after treatment.

Our couples massage was very nice, Tina and Marilynn were very kind and attentive. I wish that the room was big enough to have the massage tables side by side instead of separated, but it was still very calming and warm, the music was very nice, and I wished we had booked a longer massage! The facilities were nice as well, I wouldn't have wanted it to be any busier because lack of space, so I'm glad we booked an earlier massage.

Great first experience for my 7 year old daughter as not many spas in London cater to this age group. It was nice to be able to have our treatments together. My daughter really enjoyed it. Lovely location which was easy to find. The swedish massage was very professional and better than expected for 20mins.
