Best massage I’ve ever had! The spa and gym was good but could do with a little TLC but generally a great experience.

This is not a luxury experience, this is a gym that offers massages. Go to a high end hotel for a real spa if that's what you are looking for!
As other reviews, there was water covering every surface. The 'relaxation area' was OUTSIDE (not good in winter), and the massage was ok, definitely not deep tissue as asked.
I take issue with them marketing this as a 'relaxation experience' as it was not - they also literally chased us out of the massage room to pay before we even got dressed.
