The spa itself was fine and the massage was the highlight of my visit – the therapist was lovely and very skilled.
However, I did have a concerning experience in the changing rooms. When I went in to ask for the WiFi, I found a staff member going through my bag and my locker open, despite me being sure I had locked it earlier. I was told the locker sometimes doesn’t work, but this didn’t sit comfortably with me and unfortunately took away from the overall experience.

I had a Hollywood waxing my therapist was Beata. She was absolutely amazing so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. She did a great job and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. There was honestly nothing to be afraid of. My waxing experience with her went very smoothly like my skin after treatment.
