I paid for 20 mins of electrolysis and got 5 mins. Lady was late and staff didn’t know if she was going to be in or not. When in the treatment she was too busy trying to sell me a £150 package instead of completing the treatment I had already paid for. Avoid.

First time I had visited the premises, the massage therapist took ages to come out whilst I remained seated even after being called several times. She came out and was surprised that I had an appointment with her and I had to show her my booking. She claimed she had received no notification of my booking. The lady was lovely but I do t think she was experienced at men’s waxing at all. The room was at the back of a salon and was small with no air ventilation, the walls were covered with pink wax. Her waxing procedure was painful and no professional cleansers were used in the process. I paid for extra services £75 in total which I though was expensive. After my waxing I was in a lot of pain and also suffered an allergic reaction, I am now covered in spots with white puss visible. I never had any spots previous to this and I will never do this again.

This was the worst experience i have ever had. The lady was not friendly and was very rough while doing the waxing. I do not advice anyone to go there. I had a very unpleasant experience.
