So I loved the salon itself, and the products they use are great. The lady doing my Blowdry was very nice and tried to do a good job.. but she didn’t listen to me and what needed to be done in order for my blowout to look the way I wanted it to which I found quite disappointing. I tried to explain her a few times that in order for my blow dry to last until the next day my hair need to be roughly dried and then curled with the tong. She insisted on drying it straight with a brush which I knew would straighten them so much that the curls wouldn’t hold. So they looks lovely whenI left the salon but about 2 hours later my hair was completely flat and straight, the exact opposite of what I was trying to achieve. Such a shame. I had it done for a photo shoot and had to get my hair blown out my way the same evening to remedy this. So if you want a straight Blowdry this is your place!

Alex was amazing! Very friendly and did such a great job! I loved the salon! Was offered a very lovely gin and tonic! Such a bargain for the 5* treatment!!!
