I hadn’t cut my hair in a while and went in to receive a wash, cut and blow dry
Upon arrival, the interactions I had with staff was quite uncomfortable.
My hair is naturally curly and the hairdresser had said they needed to straighten my hair in order for it to be cut which I felt was odd, as I’ve never experienced that before.
I asked for my hair to be cut a considerable amount and all one length but after it was too late, they had given me layers which unfortunately just disappears with my natural hair.
The hair looks and feels nice but ultimately wasn’t what I asked for, I also feel that I didn’t receive my money’s worth as my hair had to be straightened, rather than receiving a fresh bouncy blow dry, in order to be cut. I feel hairdressers should be able to adapt to all hairs and it unfortunately felt like they weren’t too sure on know how to
