Not impressed. Came for a wash cut and blow dry and it was the weirdest cut and blow dry I’ve ever had. It was over in about 20 minutes when a good cut and blow dry should take about an hour. Didn’t feel like they really went through with me what I wanted just washed my hair straight away and then the hairdresser dragged a brush through it and dried it straight (I actually wanted a curly blow dry but wasn’t asked) and then started cutting it. Pretty sure you’re supposed to cut it wet? She trimmed it very roughly and used a beard trimmer on the back to straighten it up as opposed to scissors and it’s not level at the back at the bottom which is all I asked. Pretty much just snipped away here and there at my fringe rather than finding my actual parting and asking where/how I wanted it to be cut. All felt very rushed and not worth the £30.
