I had a mixed experience at this venue, when I arrived at the salon they had put in the system that I was having a haircut even though I paid for a wash & blow dry. I wasn’t greeted well offered a drink or to take my belongings, whilst having my hair washed the lady was really rough rushed my hair and constantly I kept getting water splashed on my face, and then I had a different staff member to my blow dry she kept wondering off every few minutes to have a chat with other staff. When it came to the blow dry again this staff member was very rough with my hair kept pulling my head back with the hairdryer, also when she was taking one of the hair rushes out she ripped out clumps of my hair. I was happy with the outcome of the blow dry however the customer service and proffesonal is defiantly not on and I will not recommend going here!!

The hairdressers put a lot of care into their work, were polite and friendly, and the cut was satisfactory. Please invest in an undercut shaver though! :)
