Shame but won't come again as was such a hassle to get the partial refund, was pressured to let them sort out the refund the next day as it was late..Then I had to chase the next day until refund was processed. Treatment was priced at £66.50 and after only having a trim and wash as there was no time to bleach my roots for the colour partial refund took that down to £38.50 (pretty expensive for a trim...) Astrit is great, no complaints for him.
