Welcoming environment, no hassle getting my thoughts on my haircut through to Alma, and a relaxed and pleasant experience overall. Plus, ended up with a great haircut that suits my type of hair!

Overall it was good. I wanted to cover my greys and refresh my balayage which was bit yellow. After the session the grey was well covered but overall color was 2/3 shades darker and I wanted to keep it light. At the end, the color was looking good on so still happy

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Ryan. He always does such a fantastic job, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I really recommend!

I do not know whether it was the shampoo / conditioner used or the high heat drying, but came out of it with my hair smelling like chemicals and felt really dry and burnt after the first wash.
