This wasn't my first time at the salon, and previous experiences were fine, but this one was absolutely not. The stylist got hair colour all over my face (some even flew down to the back of my hands) and he even dropped the brush on the floor and picked it up and continued to use it. I know it was a busy time but that is just not acceptable. He also rolled his eyes when I was about to pay and he found out I booked via Treatwell. I did not have a good experience here.

I was so excited for my haircut after the reviews and left so disappointed. My entire hair appointment took less than half an hour. I paid more to have the specific hairdresser in the reviews but I am hoping it was just an off day. My hair was barely cut, I still have lots of dead and split ends that were not cut. It is also so disappointing when you pay for a blow dry and it it just rough dried then straighteners are used. I hate to leave a bad review but I feel like it needed to be flagged, on this occasion it was such a disappointing experience, and not what I paid for at all.
