I visited Oolong for a glamour puss. The staff were helpful and I enjoyed the experience and left with a glamorous hairstyle.

Salon was nice, clean and easy to find. She listened to what I wanted and cut it perfectly. I would recommend and go return.

I had an ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS time at the appointment with Leo last Saturday. I came for a "Balyage" service that in the end occurred to be "face contouring" insread of full head (I thought the price was too god to be true but oh well my own fault not to read zillion pages of small print). Leo separated the front hair from the rest and did couple of foils on right, left and the middle. After the wash one side was 2 white streaks of bleach and the top looked like done with a ruler. He was actually thinking to let me go like this !!! After correcting it it still looked bleached in patches. I was holding my tears. The only reason I paid for the service is because I was so upset and couldn't confront any more members of staff of that place but now I want a refund. It cost me £95 to correct the damage at my local salon.
