Barely showed interest in what I wanted. Had to keep checking in that they were styling it the way I had asked. Was definitely not worth £44.

The salon is definitely beautiful and the atmosphere is great! Staff are super lovely and Kieran is wonderful. My balayage turned out a bit brassy in places which I haven’t experienced before which is disappointing, especially as I paid extra for toner
