Phil was absolutely incredible! He took what I said I wanted into consideration but used his professional opinion to talk me through some changes he wanted to make which he thought would suit me better. I was absolutely thrilled with he results and will definitely be returning. Really chatty and friendly, even for someone as shy and introverted as me I felt totally at ease which is rarely the case in salons unfortunately.

Toni is always brilliant. He always gives me great advice and cuts my hair to suit my face. Always get lots of compliments from friends afterwards - wont go anywhere else.

Second time I've used these guys (for a gent's cut) and would recommend using them. Phil is friendly, takes care and time, and also gives good advice on my hair. Quality of service is so much better value than the chop shop down the road from them (Copper Row).
