Having had an amazing balayage experience with Chelsea 2 weeks ago, I was absolutely gutted after my second time at this salon with Ana. I came to get some more blonde put into my balyage but instead came out with no balayage whatsoever but half a head of badly bleached orange hair which completely undid the work Chelsea had done. Ana's inattentive attitude afterwards did not help. Moreover, I only just had my hair darkened before my first balayage to remove any brassiness in my hair and Ana just took me back to square one. I had to book another appointment with Chelsea immediately following this where she tried to correct the damage but this has meant that we now have to re do the balayage in 4 weeks' time when my hair has had some time to heal. What was initially an incredible experience has now turned out to be very expensive and time consuming.
Had a great experience at Oolong, friendly staff and excellent service. Phil was great at colour advise and I came away a happy customer! Highly recommended.

A young trainee gave me an excellent Ombre look, her trainer was on hand to give advice and its the best colour treatment i have ever received!
