Had an appointment to get my hair cut - overall lovely experience. The haircut was quick (..maybe a bit too quick?) but you pay great value for money.
I booked a haircut for the same day (Saturday) as I was going on a holiday soon, and I left home heading to the salon. Half way there I got a call saying the appointment was not available and there was no one available to see me at all until two days later on a weekday. I'd been to oolong hair twice before and both times they'd made me change the appointment time I booked on wahanda, but I found it unacceptable that they did not start updating their availability on the website even when they had no availability all day. On wahanda it appeared there were available slots at all times. Cannot be trusted.
I am very happy with my highlights, cut and blow dry. Friendly staff, lovely salon. Would definitely recommend and return.
The salon is lovely and the hairdresser very nice. However ended up with one side longer than the other - which I could see in the mirror pretty soon in the process, and that then had to be cut on dry hair. result is ok but was expecting a little more accuracy.
Very good service from Ana and team at Oolong Hair. Everyone was friendly, the cut was good and it was quick. Would go back.
