The staff were lovely but unfortunately the treatments weren’t what I expected with the price! I expected a book of colours where I could choose my desired hair colour but didn’t get that so he just guessed. But the cut was the worst part - he didn’t even cut my hair properly. It was extremely fast and I thought he was going back to cut more when my hair was dried but nothing - so I still have so many split ends, it doesn’t look like it’s been cut at all. I’m just really disappointed, especially with the cut as that’s £50!!

Kieran was a sweetheart! Altought I was late he still saw me and treated me like a princess. Felt really special and looked after. Will come back 100%! Super recommend!
