Could not say one negative thing about Opal, the staff or especially Nicola. Nothing was too much, constant reassurance, talked me through the style I wanted, how it would look straight/curly/wavy. Felt cheeky asking for more "chopping" but she was more than happy to do it, as a woman with extreme anxiety and suffering attacks, I was instantly at ease. Every stylist here is exceptional in every aspect. 10/10! Not a single regret.

Georgia is a talented hairdresser and has attention to detail. She answers all my questions honestly and professionally. Her knowledge in hair extensions allows me to add thickness to my fine hair and maintain its integrity and my colour always has a flawless blend, it can take me up to an hour to drive to my appointment but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
