For the longest time, I've felt as though I'd lost myself. However, after leaving my first session I feel like I have hope that can find a way back to the person I once was. Joy seems to be a luxury that I felt I couldn't obtain, but after one session I feel that joy is something which belongs to every person and with Ophelia helping me I know I can have joy in my life again and keep it.
