What a great experience- Relaxing, Healing and Energising. The yoga was excellent as it benefits the whole body and couple this with the natural oils Ophelia uses for a healthy Kundalini yoga experience.

Another good, relaxed, fun session with Ophelia and two other customers. It's not a gym setting with 20 other customers where you could be yards away from your tutor. It's just you and up to three others in a cosy, calm, environment. And my back feels great! Looking forward to tonight's session.
