Describe your visit to Ophelia's Oasis Beauty, Holistics & Yoga at 'The Hide studios'. This was my first visit to Ophelia's Kundalini Yoga sessions and I don't have a bad word to say about my experience. I felt welcomed by Ophelia and the other three 'class mates'. The class size & venue is small and this adds to the sense of receiving a more personal and tailored experience. My 'back' felt so much better even after just one session and I had the best night's sleep for ages. I am looking forward to further sessions at Ophelia's.

Ophelia is a wonderful, warm very talented lady. She makes you feel at ease, explains the treatment, overall a fabulous experience, I will be going back for more treatments.

The Kundalini yoga sessions at Ophelia's Oasis are absolutely incredible! Ophelia is one of the most welcoming, kind-hearted and talented individual that I've ever had the honour of meeting! The location itself is cosy and perfect for an intimate practise and the yoga itself is utterly beautiful, we treasure every session! Thank you Ophelia!

The place was very dirty and i been served after 45 min from my appointment. Didn't do her job clean. Not happy at all! What she do is advertising creams and staff.
