Put simply, I'd recommend the Kundalini Yoga to anyone. Ophelia was great and really made my daughter and me welcome. The session was relaxed and we had a great time.

Well it was definitely worth the visit and Ophelia is so friendly and professional. I was so surprised to finally visit a salon which is actually more concerned with what's best for you and not their profits! When I have had lashes done before the main aim was to get me booked in for infills before I left but Ophelia advised me to give my lashes a rest, wow! She also is the first to give me a lashes brush and instructions on how to care for my lashes so I would say to anyone wanting eyelash extensions, I had the russian lashes, to not waste time looking around and go to Ophelia!

My experience at the hide studios was very good.I took part in an hour's kundalini class. Our teacher was warm and very welcoming. The environment was calm with nice lighting and music. I felt comfortable and confident during the class. After the class I felt invigorating and happy. Thankyou see you again. Jayne
