Hannah was friendly. She also gave me after care advice. I wasn't happy with the highlights unfortunately. I didn't like the colour, I wasn't shown examples of colour like I have in other places and just said that I wanted a similar colour at my (long) roots as I had previously. Hannah seemed to be fine with this description. The strands were also far wider than I had ever had before which I didn't like as much. My hair feels soft and looked shiny. I personally wouldn't go back but if you go, be very clear in what you want and ask to look for a colour chart and say the style of highlights you want. Maybe a picture would help? Also to note, I had a junior stylist and it wasn't stated on Treatwell that this would be the case. Other places that I have been, junior stylists have been highly discounted anyway so it made it feel like it wasn't fully 50% off.
