It’s clear that this beauty salon has rather lost its way. Staff that I knew before have left only leaving a part time therapist who is still at college.
I was called to ask me if I could arrive earlier than my appointment time , but even so I felt my treatment was rushed .The other member of staff at the front desk bearly acknowledged me.. too busy on her phone.
It’s doubtful that I’ll book another treatment here. Thanks…

Jaydene was very professional and pleasant and she waxed my eyebrows beautifully. She was very thorough and gentle. Usually I have a rather red sore area around the eyebrows after a wax but, not only did she do a good job, they weren’t at all red or sore. I will definitely come back.
