I was looking forward to my hydrofacial which I had before. However this time was very disappointing. - no-booking showing on the system so nothing was prep. Only got 40 min of facial. - advertised as 75 min service which I had before. New management advised that service is 60 min and 15 min for cleaning. Does that mean then that a 60 min or a 30 min facial will only get 45 and 15 min facial as the rest for cleaning? - why should we pay for your cleaning? Please update your timings advertised so customers are not deceived.
