Facials - CACI
Wasn’t a relaxing atmosphere, whilst mask was on there could’ve been a scalp or hand massage instead of being left in the room for 10 mins.
Facial movements were not flowing, no hot towels used.
Wouldn’t go back for a treatment, wasn’t worth the mone
Hydrating Facial
The appointment ran 20 minutes late, I had then booked an hour and 15 minute appointment but only received an hours facial despite us discussing at the start. There seemed to be no pattern to what the beautician was doing, she went over one cheek multiple times and missed the other completely. Likewise with other parts of my face. It seemed like she was distracted the entire time.
