When entering the young lady on reception was welcoming and chatty
Another young lady appeared shortly after asked me to come through, she didn’t introduce herself so I asked her name.. she was chatty and friendly.
Sorry to say the facial wasn’t firm enough I felt like my face was being stroked..,she missed bits when using the machine…the steam was pointed directly on my face so found it a little hard to breathe(she did move after I coughed a few times) usually the machine would be from the back or to the side when I’ve been to other places.
I was left for 20 mins with a face mask on which I thought was way too long and it started to sting(no check in on me)..I did mention it but she didn’t say anything
She did ask if I wanted a water twice and I declined
Overall it was just ok i wouldn’t return I’m afraid
I was in there for 50 mins and 20 left with a mask on so really it was a 30 mins facial
If it was full price i would have complained
