The hotel was freezing cold when you walk in, the spa is not opulent. The towel placed on top of me was damp and the bathroom was unclean. It felt a bit like a parlour atmosphere. The therapist was good but it was more of a rub than a massage. I would not book there again.

Nana was incredible and knows what she's doing. She's friendly and checks on the client every now and then. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, good quality of the oil used, left me completely stress free. I'll be returning.

The therapist was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable and displayed huge amount of attention to details.

- Hotel was grubby unclean
- Environment was not relaxing
- Masseuse started the massage 30mims late, large delay getting started
- Masseuse gave me the wrong treatment, I paid for Hot Stones but she forgot and gave me a normal massage instead.
Overall very poor. Disappointing
