The space is very clean, warm and welcoming. M receptionist is super friendly. the hospitality here is great and they offer you tea and water and biscuits after your treatment.
treatment beds and rooms are very warm and cozy great for the cold London weather.

Great massage, masseuses were communicative & followed requested pressure & focus areas. 2 days later my shoulders felt good as new! One minor point was that the treatment room was not soundproof so you heard conversations next door or upstairs
