one of the best Hollywood waxes I've had. staff were very welcoming and kind and made me feel very comfortable. the wax was pretty painless and not 1 single hair was left! no ingrown hairs afterwards either. very impressed and will be returning again

Lovely staff. Wish had known about their VIP programme as treatments cost significantly less than Treatwell ‘discount’. Incense a bit overpowering in the reception but rooms are clean. Massage started >5 min late but finished on time so not full hour
