Very good massage. Started and ended with hot towels, ahhh lovely! Therapist enquired about desired strength of massage at the beginning and during treatment, and added some stretches at the end. As others have commented, the spa is within a gym, which felt a bit awkward to go through (everybody else seemed to be male) but once inside the treatment room, that's all forgotten. Will I be back? Definitely.

Overall the experience was very positive. The therapist was very polite and friendly. The room was clean. The only downside was that when I arrived at the gym there were no signs for the spa , I had to ask one of the gym staff members where it was but there was a therapist waiting for me. Also it isnt really a spa, It is a single room however it is nicely decorated and clean. I had a massage and it was very good. So I was pleased overall and would use their services again

I had a Deep Tissue Massage and it was very great (five stars). You must try it to believe it.
