I had a Deep Tissue Massage however the massage was lighter than Swedish Massage although I requested more pressure. When the treatment was over I saw another therapist who was very friendly, so perhaps she earns these stars on this site. My experience over all was pretty disappointing unfortunately...
Deep Tissue Massage
This was a bit unusual compared to other massages I have had. As other reviewers have mentioned the venue is a little off putting as you walk through a very 'blokey' gym but the treatment room is really lovely and calming. The massage itself started with a small lady sat on my legs to work my back but she knew what she was doing and worked wonders on my over tight shoulders, trying many different techniques to remove the tension. Pressure was great and I loved the use of hot towels at the end. Very considerate therapist and I'm sure I'll be back!!
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage was needed after a long week at work. Masseuse was excellent and spent a lot of time working on a knot in my shoulder/neck. Feel so much more relaxed today. Will be returning for more.

Had been to this place once before and liked it, so decided to go back again for a deep tissue massage as my muscles had been aching from working out. The lady was so friendly, and checked exactly what I wanted, and the massage was amazing. Slept so well afterwards! It was a hard pressure which I loved, but it wouldnt be ideal if you were simply looking to relax. My muscles feel much less tense now, it was definitely worth it! Going back, for sure.
