I experience a very good Thai massage. It was my first experience with that particular treatment. Very good if you are athletic to muscular build.

The staff is friendly, the treatment is nice and clean. But it is in a gym full of heavy build guys that seems a bit uncomfortable to walk in. The massage is not bad but it wasn't helping to sort my back problem. I might have to try something else.

The masseuse Amy has magic hands! Very relaxing and enjoyable. The spa sits off a corridor of the gym, so not the loveliest surroundings - but the room itself is perfectly calming and clean - and at £35 for an hour it's great vfm.

Great deep tissue massage. Asked how pressure was and focused on my problematic shoulder as requested. Massage was relaxing and left feeling like shoulders were much looser than when I got there.
