Roos was so welcoming and friendly, she was easy to talk to throughout the treatment so it wasn't awkward at all. The room is beautifully decorated which adds to the experience.
Roos explained what she was doing as she went, and discussed options with me. I love the results, and I'll definitely be back again!

Roos was absolutely amazing! I sent through a pic of the look I was after and she recreated it perfectly. It was my first time getting my makeup done professionally and Roos explained exactly what she was doing at every stage, I felt super comfortable and at ease. Thankyou again! xx

Roos is great and talked me through the entire process and made me feel really comfortable! I’d only ever tried at home lamination and tinting before and I have noticed a huge difference in my brows and they’re even growing in which I thought was impossible! Can’t recommend Roos enough for the glow up my brows have been through!
