I needed to rearrange my appointment the day before due to family issues and Roos was really understanding, flexible and went beyond by coming in earlier to fit me in a few days later. This is my second set of lashes and they are as beautiful as the first. Roos is lovely and good craic too. I’ll keep coming back for sure. Thanks again!!
