I have regular treatments with Sophie. During Covid-19 she has been super reassuring in the way she has taken precautions in carrying out her treatments. For example, she washed her hands before and after my treatment, offer hand sanitizer, wears visor and also had a light plastic mat that is wiped down between each visitor. I really enjoyed my treatment, very relaxing.

Sophie, is always great, pleasant, proffesional and great customer service, she is excellent at what she does and relatively pain free experience as much as waxing can be. The best waxing I have had and have become a regular customer. Highly Recommended.
