It was my second time to have a hollywood wax there and Sophie's marvelous! She's very professional in what she does, making you feel comfortable and at ease at all times. She's friendly and approachable too.
With their place, it's clean and tidy.
I highly recommend it, esp with if you're looking for the same service that I had.

Sophie is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. It's also the least painful wax I've ever had. She transforms a usually unpleasant experience into something that's enjoyable! Good standards of hygiene and Covid-19 requirements all met.
