Have had a Hollywood hot-wax from Sophie at least 4 times, I really recommend it! I’m not sure how she does it but the experience was virtually painless, and left me flawless. She’s the perfect balance of friendly but professional so could make anyone feel comfortable! The room it’s self is clean and cosy so makes for a really relaxing environment. All her products are cruelty free and she’s generous with cooling gels which made the experience more comfortable. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
