Sophie is brilliant!! She has given LVL treatment for me 3 or 4 times now and consistently gives perfect results. I’ve had them elsewhere and Sophie’s blow the competition out the water. She asks you how you want them to look and thinks carefully about which shield to use etc, she’s happy to explain everything too you! Not only is she professional but she’s also approachable and kind so makes you feel so at ease - cannot recommend her enough ☺️
