Sophie was brilliant!!!! Very friendly and welcoming. She does a fantastic job. She explained everything so well since it was my first time (getting a Hollywood wax) and was very gentle. Beyond the treatment itself, Sophie was great at chatting, making me feel so comfortable like I’d known her for ages and had just come over for a gossip. 🙃At the same time, she is very professional right from the first meeting, it was clear she knew what she was doing. I will definitely recommend Sophie!!! 💛
