Sophie’s an incredibly skilled therapist and makes a waxing experience and especially a Hollywood wax (which is seldom painless), a breeze. She uses an oil that prepares the skin for the hot wax (LYCON brand) and which she applies throughout the treatment process. It makes a HUGE difference to reduce pain level. Sophie does a fantastic job, is the sweetest person I’ve come to know and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in Cambridge.
