First time having hot wax on my lip. Painless and no sore upper lip like cold wax leaves. Then I had eyebrow tint and wax. Sophie followed my natural shape and they look amazing. Post menopause my eyebrows were white and sparse, now they are brown, thicker and groomed. First experience of eyelash lift and tint. Amazing results! Everyone has commented on how wonderful they look and how they open my eyes up. Sophie talked me through the whole process and was fantastic. I will definitely be back again
