It felt a bit rushed and impersonal. The massage was v hard and left me feeling a bit sore. Perhaps more attention to client requests would have improved my experience.

The actual pedicure was pretty good and my polish looks nice, but I was disappointed that the chair didn't work. If you show a massage chair in your pictures, they should be in working order.

Wish I'd tried this salon years ago!! I've been working down the road since 2014 and only recently visited and it's fantastic. Now we're moving offices away from Kensington - gutted!!
