The whole experience was just really positive. I came in to the salon very nervous as this was my first time in London. The receptionist/manager was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The nail technician was also very friendly and made me a cup of tea which was very much appreciated. The salon in general is clean and well presented. The beauty therapist was very professional, skilled and friendly; my skin looks and feels amazing! Thank you.

Visit was on time and staff was very professional. However, the dim and insufficient lighting in the venue made it very difficult to wax.
