Could have had better attention to detail to make nails look more natural

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with getting nails done (and I get infills every three weeks so have been to a lot of places). Firstly, there was only two people working yet there was 4 people (including myself) booked in around the same time meaning that I felt the focus was not my nails and it was really rushed. I paid for an infill online but when I got to the online the lady recommended that I take my acrylics off as my nails needed a break from them, this was fine I didn’t mind, in fact I’d rather the person doing them was honest. However, the quality of a simple manicure and nail polish is awful, I’ve left the salon about 15 minutes ago and some of them have chipped already, despite being left under a dryer for almost 15 minutes while she was doing someone else’s. I then go to the till and she tells me that I need to pay another £6 because I didn’t tell her I had 3 broken nails, the place I usually go don’t charge me for a replacement acrylic so I didn’t expect this, however I can understand this so that would’ve been fine however I didn’t even get any infills!! I paid £26 for acrylic removal and a regular nail polish which is absolutely outrageous. I’ve been completely ripped off and I won’t be back.
