The lady doing my waxing left loads of broken hairs on my legs because she kept using the same strip instead of fresh ones. She insisted they were ingrown. 5 days later and the hairs are grown again, like I hadn't had them waxed. It's been a complete waste of money and I'm very disappointed. She also ripped off some of my skin

The room I had my appointment in was in the basement and smelt of damp. The lady who did my waxing was lovely, though I can see a good few hairs that she didnt get and she didn't do the underneath for my Holywood wax
