Have my nails done often elsewhere and have never had such a bad service as here. Had my cuticle cut open, charged more after service for removal when it didn’t mention it on the price list as an option - overall very disappointing.
My experience at the salon was pretty standard for a shellac pedicure in London. It was ruined by the cornflower blue polish discolouring to a weird patchy slime-green within 24 hours of leaving the salon. Treatwell immediately took over my complaint, as I left for a holiday the day after. I had requested a refund as I had to have the pedicure removed & redone while on holiday. After a series of delays caused by the salon giving treatwell the wrong contact information for their manager, my refund request was refused and they offered to redo it... 11 days after the complaint was originally sent. They offered to redo the colour however I had already had it removed & redone. I think it’s appalling that the salon refused to take responsibility for what is very probably faulty product, I will not be returning and I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for any type of service you are considering visiting this salon for.
