The person that did my facial was brilliant. I haven’t had a facial before & she explained the process and listened to my skin concerns. It was a very relaxing treatment and the massage was lovely. I really liked the products, although waiting to see how much effect they’ve had on my skin.

Armelle was polite, professional and instantly made me feel at ease. As part of the facial she carries out a message of the face, neck and shoulders which was excellent. She also walked me through what she had used on my face at the end of the treatment and why. The only downside, is that as the treatment room is located within a small block of flats the neighbours could be heard banging around at times - this however, didn't bother me as the whole treatment was great!
