I was served by Trang’s assistant, she was very lovely and nice. However the service provided wasn’t what I had previously received and expected. My gel manicure was applied well however the amount of buffing/ filling on my nails has left them in terrible condition. I had very healthy nails and I am incredibly unhappy with how they look after the gel has been removed. I regularly get a gel manicure and have never had my nails left in such bad condition.

USA nails is a great place. Unfortunately, they were not aware of my appointment made in treatwell and were down 1 staff member so I had to wait a quite a bit. Once I sat down in the chair I was done very quickly and the nails have lasted as long as I would have expected.
